Meet Leslie. She’s one of our beautiful Domestic Short Haired felines, who came to the RVSPCA, after being on her own for awhile. She didn’t like being on her own and is really glad to be at the RVSPCA. Leslie is a very sweet girl, who loves to be treated like a princess. She loves to be rubbed and to snuggle with you. She also loves to play games and have a lot of fun. Her favorite toy to play with is definitely ribbons or feathers. Leslie does enjoy her downtime and enjoys when she gets the opportunity to hang out, relax and just soak up the sun. You can usually find her curled up next to you, or snuggling with her sisters. The RVSPCA staff recognized that the chaotic shelter environment was causing Leslie undue stress and anxiety that could lead to serious health issues. We reached out to Animal Hope Alliance, Inc. and they were happy to be able to give Leslie the calm, secure environment that she needs. Thank you AHA for helping our girl!
Smokey

Meet Smokey; Smokey is a handsome domestic medium hair/Siamese feline, with piercing baby blue eyes. Smokey likes to keep to himself and enjoys relaxing and taking it easy. Smokey is a very calm and low key guy, who enjoys his peace and quiet. Smokey also enjoys hanging out and watching everything going on around him. Smokey does enjoy getting loved on, though. He loves to be spoiled and rubbed behind the ears. He also really loves to snuggle up, real close to you. Smokey came to the RVSPCA after his owner could no longer care for him. He hopes to find a new home real soon. Maybe you could be the home he needs!

Joey is currently at the RVSPCA with his sisters, after their owner could no longer care for them. Joey and his siblings are pretty inseparable. They pretty much do everything together. You can usually find them playing tag and goofing off. They both love chasing things. Joey is definitely up for some fun. He has lots of energy and would love an active home to call his own. Be prepared to have your breath taken away. Say hello to this pretty lady is Emily. Emily has this face that makes you just melt. You are instantly drawn to her. Emily came to the RVSPCA, after her owner could no longer care for her or her brother Skye. She’s a real sweet girl who loves to relax and hang out. Emily loves cuddling and will snuggle right up to you when she wants to nap. She loves to play and enjoys goofing off with others. Emily has made lots of friends while she has been here and has become quite popular while here. She has lots of friends, but is hoping to find a best friend soon. Emily is a Domestic Medium Hair. They always say diamonds are a girl’s best friend. Well say hello to the next best thing, Adele. Adele is the best companion, you will ever have! Adele is a domestic short hair/calico mix, who came to the RVSPCA after living on her own for a while. She has beautiful Calico coloring that just shines and stands out. Adele enjoys being loved on and being held. She loves to get attention, and will doll herself up, if it means getting more attention. She is fascinated by everything that is going on around her and enjoys “animal” watching. She also loves to explore and is very curious about everything. Adele also loves to play and is an extremely friendly girl. She gets around great with others, including kids, cats, and dogs. Adele is looking for that one of a kind love, and hopes to find that family soon.

Say hello to Jenna. Jenna is a beautiful Domestic Short Hair feline, with Tabby markings. Jenna was brought to the RVSPCA after her owner could no longer care for her or her siblings. She was pretty upset at first but the RVSPCA has been showing her a lot of love and attention. Jenna can be quite shy, and needs time to adjust to new settings. She usually hangs back and takes in everything going on around her, until she becomes comfortable. Once she has warmed up to you, she is very sweet and loving. She loves to be rubbed and enjoys having people run their fingers through her hair. She is looking for a home that will give her unconditional love. Could you be the home that Jenna is looking for?

Bambi

Bambi is a bundle of fur wrapped around a sweet personality. She’s an kitten whose owner could no longer care for her. We are happy to have Bambi here at the RVSPCA with us and know that she will find a purrrfect forever home! We are just glad that she is safe, warm and cared for, but that can't ever take the place of a home of her own. Bambi has a beautiful coat of short grey fur. She is very cuddly and enjoys attention. Play time is important to her, but so is lap time. If you are looking for a sweetheart to fill a spot in your home and heart - Bambi is your gal!

Hi, I’m Star. I can be your bright and shining star. I am always guaranteed to always have a smile on my face. I can be very shy at first, but that’s because I am just uncomfortable around new people. Once I’ve gotten to know I warm up to you, I become a bundle of joy, with lots of energy. I love to play and have fun. I also like seeing others happy. When I see my friends upset, I usually am the first to give them lots of love. Peanut

This is Peanut. He’s really gentle and very hand tamed. Peanut is also very sweet and loves to give you bunny kisses. Peanut came to the RVSPCA after his owner could no longer care for him. He was pretty upset at first, but his friends at the RVSPCA are giving him lots of love and kisses.
Rabbits make great companions and can live long and happy lives with the proper care. Potential adopters should research the care of a Rabbit visiting the Humane Society of the U.S. website.

Meet Trinity. Trinity is a very sweet and kind Shih Tzu mix, who came to the RVSPCA after living on her own for a while with her sister, Divine. Trinity is a ball of joy all rolled into one. She is always happy and loves making others smile. She has a permanent smile on her at all times. She maybe a little older, but this girl still has a lot of puppy energy left in her. Trinity knows the basic tricks and doggy manners, but she always wants to learn more. Trinity is also treat motivated, and hopes that her new family will be patient while she learns new things. Trinity is more on the small side and would make the perfect lap dog. Trinity’s is a really friendly girl, who likes making new friends. Can you believe these two girls got lost from their family? Divine was pretty upset at first, but her friends at the RVSPCA are giving her lots of TLC. Divine is a very smart girl. She already knows quite a few tricks, but always wants to learn more. She’s also well behaved and lady like. Divine would make the perfect addition to anyone’s family. Puffin

Is it too quiet at your house? Would you enjoy having a little furry creature around to share the news of the day? A critter that would not talk back or criticize, but would offer her advice in an unassuming way? That girl might be our Puffin! She is just a kitten but has a lot to say! She came to us after living on the streets for a while. Puffin really didn’t like living on the streets and is happy to be here at the shelter. The staff and volunteers have mentioned that she chatters away whenever they are around. She is very lonely in her kennel and would love to have someone to share her views of the world.

Fluffin will always be there for you. She will relax and watch a movie with you on a Saturday night. She will be there to lend a shoulder to cry on, or if you just want to talk. Murphy loves to make others happy, and keeps a good positive, fun, attitude at all times. When he’s all pooped out from having fun, he will plop down right next to you and snuggle. This is Betty Lou. Betty Lou is a beautiful gerbil; who Came to the RVSPCA with her daughter, after their owner could no longer care for them. Betty Lou loves being around people and enjoys “people” watching. She is very hand tamed and enjoys being loves on by others. You can usually find her spinning on her wheel, or digging through stuff. She also loves to sing and has a beautiful voice.

Chipper’s name could very easily be "Happy." He is one joyful Hound mix with a lot of love and happiness to give to a new family. Chipper is a very happy boy. Chipper came to the RVSPCA after living on his own for a while. Can you believe this handsome guy got lost from his family?!? We are happy to give Chipper the second chance he so deserves. Chipper is a very energetic, treat motivated pooch. He would love long walks along the parkway or a romp at the park. He's on the medium size and loves keeping laps warm. Chipper also loves toys and would love someone to play with. Chipper maybe an older dog, but he still has a lot of puppy left in him. He would love to have a family that will teach him lots of cool tricks and take him to obedience classes, to help him learn. He also does really well with others and would love a brother or sister. She just enjoys having fun. Cally also is a big lover. She loves to love on others. She is always the first to give you tons of kisses after a bad day. Cally will always be there for you. Say hello to Hogan. Hogan is a Australian Shepherd/Pit Bull mix, who Came to the RVSPCA after his owner could no longer care for him. Hogan is a very friendly guy, who really enjoys being around others. He’s made quite a few friends while he’s been at the RVSPCA. Hogan really enjoys getting loved on and getting attention. When he feels he isn’t getting enough attention, he will let you know. Hogan is extremely smart and knows lots of tricks. He loves treats and enjoys doing all sorts of tricks, for treats. He’d love to learn more though and is looking for a forever home that will teach him tons of cool tricks. Hogan is also very active and loves to go for walks, a hike, or just play in the yard. He also likes hanging out, chilling, and watching a movie with you on a Saturday or Sunday. Hogan also enjoys playing with toys, especially squeaky toys.
