I'm Animal Friendly License Plates
Order the "Animal Friendly" license plate when registering your vehicle or renewing your tage with the Commonwealth of Virginia DMV. Additional $25 fee applies, with $15 of that being sent on to the locality where your vehicle is registered. Funds are designated for use in spay/neuter programs.
