Woof! My name is Balto. I may look like I’m all muscle, but my heart is probably my biggest muscle of all! I’m a very sweet boy if I do say so myself, and I’m just looking for someone I can love. Is that you?  I weigh 53 lbs, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm tested. My adoption fee is $99.

The Roanoke Valley SPCA offers adoptions by appointments Monday – Saturday between Noon and 7pm. Appointments can be made by calling 540-339-9247. Walk-in’s will be offered the next available appointment. Pets are adopted on a first come basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold pets nor guarantee a pet will be available at the time of your appointment, but we do promise to call you if a pet is adopted prior to your appointment.

We offer virtual walk thru of available pets on our website and at our shelter. The end result is a happier, healthier new member of your family.
