Adoption and Education Center Hours

Our hours are Monday – Saturday: Noon – 6:00 PM.  Appointments are strongly recommended for all adoption visits.

The Adoption & Education Center is at 1340 Baldwin Avenue, Roanoke, approximately one-quarter mile east of the Roanoke Civic Center, south from Route 460 (Orange Avenue).
