Empty the Shelters 2023

The Roanoke Valley SPCA will be participating in BISSELL Pet Foundation‘s Empty the Shelters National Adoption Event from May 1-15. We will be offering 50% reduced adoption fees for adult dogs and cats. The adoption fee for adult dogs over 20 pounds and over 6 months of age will be $49 and the adoption fee for adult cats over 6 months of age will be $25.
