About Max

I have to give my Max away to a great home, since I cannot walk him anymore. He is a Husky & Norwegian Elkhound mix. 4 year old, neutered, weighs 60 lbs. All shots up to date, has been taken care of very well. House trained. No yelling, lots of praise and love. Good energy for a 4 year old. Rides in car well, loves to play and run, easy to redirect on lead or in home. Takes a while to warm up to strangers, loves water, able to self soothe with his toys. Knows all commands – Sit, Stay, Easy, No. He needs a person who runs or hikes. Man he would be in heaven. He gives lots of kisses in the mornings to wake me up. If I do not get up immediately he has a soft bark. He has his own small pool to cool off. He is not good with cats. He lives with 2 small dogs, has been socialized. Loves to watch TV with dogs in it, and Loves Lucky dog, which is his favorite show. He is very gentle and loving a soft heart yet protective.
