About Olive

Olive is a beagle mix, she loves curling up in blankets and cuddling with my sister. she has never lived with cats but would most likely be fine with them. She is really hoping to go as a pair with her sister Roxy. They have been together for the last 10 years. She is friendly with everyone of all ages, humans and animals. Sometimes it just takes her a little bit to warm up to people. She doesn’t show aggression with any toys, food, baths or when asleep. She does have some urinary incontinence issues, She doesn’t purposely urinate in the house but she is on medications to help with this issue. She has a moderate energy level and she really likes to spend some time outside.

Why rehoming: work and home life schedule is not dog friendly anymore with long work days. my dogs are home alone alot more than what they deserve.

Behavioral Concerns: Olive has some anxiety-especially during car rides. She has early kidney disease and some urinary incontinence but she has medications that help with this and they are very inexpensive.
Afraid of: Thunderstorms and her own shadow.She get trazodone to help with the thunderstorms.
Games like to play: Olive likes to play with balls, plush toys, squeaky toys and tug toys.She likes to play fetch, tug, chase, and like to wrestle.
If children, ages: She has been around babies, toddlers, and young children and there were no issues.
