Roanoke Valley SPCA Adoption and Education Center Hours:

Monday – Saturday 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

The Adoption & Education Center is at 1340 Baldwin Avenue, Roanoke, approximately one-quarter mile east of the Roanoke Civic Center, south from Route 460 (Orange Avenue).
